Google Closing Hosted Domains in Google AdSense

Google has decided to retire the “hosted domains” item that they’ve via the Google AdSense program. According to an e-mail straight in the Google AdSense group, they have evaluated the benefits of their companion network and made the decision to retire the Hosted Domains system with Google AdSense. This program shutting down is different than the Google AdSense for Domains system, although.

In the long term, undeveloped domain names will only be served through their current Google AdSense for Domains distribution network. I personally do not recall getting any of my parked domain names utilizing this program, but apparently I’ve 4 domain names that use or used this system.

After evaluating the advantages of our companion network, we’ve made the decision to retire the Hosted domains product inside AdSense. Going forward, undeveloped domains will only be served through our current AdSense for domains distribution network.
Important dates

If you have hosted domains in your AdSense account, they’ll be impacted by this upcoming alter, which will follow the routine below:

February 22: AdSense publishers can no longer begin using the Hosted domains product.
March 21: You will no lengthier have the ability to create new hosted domains.
April 18: Hosted domains will turn out to be inactive and it will no longer be feasible to earn from them.
June 27: Hosted domains will no longer be available in AdSense accounts.
